Cancellation policy

The following cancellation terms apply to direct bookings with Pineapple Apartments:

1. Free Cancellation

Free cancellation is possible up to 4 weeks before the arrival date.

2. Partial Cancellation Fee

In case of cancellation up to 14 days before arrival, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.

3. No Refund / No Show

In case of cancellation less than 14 days before arrival or in case of no-show, no refund will be granted. In this case, the full booking amount remains payable.

4. Payment Processing Fees

In the event of a refund, any already incurred payment processing fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.

5. Form of Cancellation

Cancellations must be submitted in written form (e.g. by email).

6. Relevant Time of Receipt

Compliance with cancellation deadlines is determined by the time the cancellation request is received by Pineapple Apartments.
